🍰 Crunchy Brownies from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 110 g dark chocolate
- 110 g butter
- 2 pieces eggs
- 90 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 60 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp chopped nuts
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 2. Roughly chop the chocolate.
- 3. Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a double boiler.
- 4. Let the chocolate-butter mixture cool down to room temperature.
- 5. Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt until creamy.
- 6. Pour the cooled chocolate-butter mixture into the egg-sugar mixture.
- 7. Mix the flour with the baking powder.
- 8. Gently fold the flour mixture and the chopped nuts into the batter.
- 9. Line a small, shallow cake pan (approx. 20 cm diameter) with baking paper.
- 10. Fill the batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
- 11. Bake the brownies for 20 minutes in the air fryer at 180 °C.
- 12. Let the brownies cool down briefly.
- 13. Cut the brownies into pieces.
- 14. Enjoy them best with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
