  2. 2. Roughly chop the chocolate.
  3. 3. Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a double boiler.
  4. 4. Let the chocolate-butter mixture cool down to room temperature.
  5. 5. Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt until creamy.
  6. 6. Pour the cooled chocolate-butter mixture into the egg-sugar mixture.
  7. 7. Mix the flour with the baking powder.
  8. 8. Gently fold the flour mixture and the chopped nuts into the batter.
  9. 9. Line a small, shallow cake pan (approx. 20 cm diameter) with baking paper.
  10. 10. Fill the batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
  11. 11. Bake the brownies for 20 minutes in the air fryer at 180 °C.
  12. 12. Let the brownies cool down briefly.
  13. 13. Cut the brownies into pieces.
  14. 14. Enjoy them best with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
