  3. 3. Add one tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  4. 4. Season with paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Mix everything well until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  6. 6. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
  7. 7. Spread them out evenly in the basket.
  8. 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  9. 9. Cook the potatoes for 20 minutes.
  10. 10. Turn the potatoes once halfway through the cooking time.
  11. 11. Prick the bratwursts lightly with a fork.
  12. 12. Rub the bratwursts with the remaining oil.
  13. 13. Place the bratwursts in the air fryer.
  14. 14. Cook the bratwursts at 180 °C for 12 to 15 minutes.
  15. 15. Turn the bratwursts once halfway through the cooking time.
  16. 16. Fry the chopped onion in some oil in a pan.
  17. 17. Fry the onion until it is translucent.
  18. 18. Add the sauerkraut to the onion.
  19. 19. Season the sauerkraut with cumin.
  20. 20. Simmer the sauerkraut for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  21. 21. Place the bratwursts on the plates.
  22. 22. Add the crispy potatoes.
  23. 23. Add the warm sauerkraut.
  24. 24. Garnish the dish with fresh parsley if desired.
