Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cauliflower and break it into small, bite-sized florets.
- 2. Pat the florets completely dry with a kitchen towel to ensure they become crispy later.
- 3. Whisk olive oil, paprika powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl.
- 4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C.
- 6. Arrange the florets in a single layer in the basket to allow heat to circulate well.
- 7. Cook the cauliflower for 15 minutes at 190 °C.
- 8. Shake the basket vigorously once after 7.5 minutes to ensure even browning.
- 9. Remove the cauliflower and serve it immediately while hot.
