  1. 1. Take the Camembert out of the fridge in time so that it reaches room temperature.
  2. 2. Prepare three flat plates.
  3. 3. Mix flour with salt and paprika powder on the first plate.
  4. 4. Beat the egg on the second plate and season it with pepper.
  5. 5. Spread the breadcrumbs on the third plate.
  6. 6. Coat the Camembert first in the flour mixture.
  7. 7. Then dip the cheese into the egg mixture.
  8. 8. Finally, roll the Camembert in the breadcrumbs.
  9. 9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 for an extra crispy crust.
  10. 10. Let the breaded Camemberts rest for five minutes so that the coating adheres well.
  11. 11. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  12. 12. Place the Camemberts in the fryer basket with some space between them.
  13. 13. Cook the Camemberts for 8 to 10 minutes at 180 °C until the coating is golden brown.
  14. 14. Carefully turn the Camemberts after half the cooking time.
  15. 15. Let the Camemberts rest for two minutes after cooking.
  16. 16. Serve the Camembert immediately, ideally with cranberry jam or a fresh salad.
