  1. 1. Turn on the air fryer and set the temperature to 180 °C.
  2. 2. Take the Maultaschen out of the packaging.
  3. 3. Gently pat fresh Maultaschen dry with kitchen paper.
  4. 4. Process frozen Maultaschen directly without thawing them first.
  5. 5. Brush the Maultaschen thinly with oil or spray them with cooking spray.
  6. 6. Place the Maultaschen individually in the cooking basket without overlapping.
  7. 7. Cook fresh Maultaschen for 5 minutes at 180 °C.
  8. 8. Start with frozen Maultaschen at 160 °C for 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. 9. Then increase the temperature for frozen Maultaschen to 180 °C.
  10. 10. Turn the Maultaschen over with tongs after half the cooking time.
  11. 11. Continue cooking the Maultaschen until the surface is golden brown and crispy.
  12. 12. Extend the cooking time by about 1 minute for small devices if necessary.
  13. 13. Let the Maultaschen rest in the basket for 2 minutes.
  14. 14. Serve the Maultaschen directly, for example plain or with onions in butter.
