🍽️ Spicy Airfryer Meatballs with Peppers

Ingredients
- 250 g ground beef
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- ½ tsp hot paprika powder
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- salt, pepper
- oil spray
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes.
- 2. Wash the pepper, remove the inside, and cut it into small cubes as well.
- 3. Place the minced meat into a large bowl.
- 4. Add the onion and pepper cubes to the meat.
- 5. Press the garlic directly into the bowl.
- 6. Add the egg, mustard, breadcrumbs, and spices.
- 7. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until a uniform mixture forms.
- 8. Slightly wet your hands to prevent the meat from sticking.
- 9. Shape the mixture into equal-sized balls the size of a walnut.
- 10. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 11. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil spray.
- 12. Place the meatballs in the basket with some space between them.
- 13. Cook the meatballs for 14 minutes in the air fryer.
- 14. Gently turn the meatballs once after 7 minutes.
- 15. Let the cooked meatballs rest for 2 minutes after cooking.
