  1. 1. Peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes.
  2. 2. Wash the pepper, remove the inside, and cut it into small cubes as well.
  3. 3. Place the minced meat into a large bowl.
  4. 4. Add the onion and pepper cubes to the meat.
  5. 5. Press the garlic directly into the bowl.
  6. 6. Add the egg, mustard, breadcrumbs, and spices.
  7. 7. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until a uniform mixture forms.
  8. 8. Slightly wet your hands to prevent the meat from sticking.
  9. 9. Shape the mixture into equal-sized balls the size of a walnut.
  10. 10. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  11. 11. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil spray.
  12. 12. Place the meatballs in the basket with some space between them.
  13. 13. Cook the meatballs for 14 minutes in the air fryer.
  14. 14. Gently turn the meatballs once after 7 minutes.
  15. 15. Let the cooked meatballs rest for 2 minutes after cooking.
