🍽️ Crispy Quesadillas from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 2 wheat tortillas
- 200 g grated Gouda
- 2 slices "processed cheese slices"
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp salsa sauce
- 1½ tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Lightly spray the basket of the air fryer with oil.
- 2. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and let it heat up for 5 minutes.
- 3. Mix mayonnaise, salsa sauce, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- 4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5. Spread the prepared sauce on only one half of each wheat tortilla.
- 6. Top the clean half of the tortilla with Gouda cheese.
- 7. Add a slice of processed cheese or tear the cheese into small pieces.
- 8. Fold the tortilla in half so that the sauced side is on the inside.
- 9. Carefully place the finished quesadillas into the preheated basket of the air fryer.
- 10. Lightly brush the top of the quesadillas with olive oil.
- 11. Cook the quesadillas at 200 °C for about 5 minutes.
- 12. Check the browning level in between and adjust the time if necessary.
