  1. 1. Whisk tomato paste, red wine vinegar, 'Sonntagsbraten' spice mix, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and 'Elbsand' spice in a small bowl until a smooth sauce forms.
  2. 2. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C.
  3. 3. Soak the 'Cevapcici' spice mix in 120 ml of water and let it swell for 8 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the soaked spices, ground meat, egg, finely chopped onion, and pressed garlic to a large bowl.
  5. 5. Take 2 tablespoons of the prepared glaze sauce and knead it thoroughly into the rest of the ground meat until everything is evenly mixed.
  6. 6. Shape the meat mixture into a compact loaf.
  7. 7. Distribute the cheese cubes evenly inside the loaf.
  8. 8. Seal the ground meat tightly around the cheese so nothing can escape.
  9. 9. Place the meatloaf in the air fryer and cook it for about 23 to 25 minutes at 190 °C.
  10. 10. Cover the loaf with a little aluminum foil if the top becomes too dark.
  11. 11. Brush the cooked meatloaf with the remaining glaze sauce.
  12. 12. Bake the loaf for another 6 to 8 minutes in the air fryer until a crispy crust forms.
  13. 13. Sprinkle the meatloaf with a pinch of 'Sonntagsbraten' spice before serving.
