  1. 1. Preheat the airfryer to 180 °C.
  2. 2. Place chopped tomatoes, cream cheese, and 2–3 tablespoons of tomato oil into a heat-resistant silicone tray for the airfryer.
  3. 3. Stir the ingredients vigorously until a smooth, creamy sauce forms.
  4. 4. Add salt, Italian herbs, and grated Parmesan to the sauce and stir everything well.
  5. 5. Add the uncooked tortellini and the cut dried tomatoes to the sauce.
  6. 6. Mix the tortellini so that they are completely covered by the sauce.
  7. 7. Cook the tortellini at 180 °C for 14–16 minutes in the airfryer.
  8. 8. Open the airfryer every 4 minutes and stir the tortellini thoroughly.
  9. 9. Sprinkle the finished tortellini with some Parmesan and fresh basil.
  10. 10. Serve the dish immediately while still hot.
