🍰 Creamy Tortellini with Tomatoes & Cream Cheese in the Airfryer (One-Pot)

Ingredients
- 500 g tortellini from the refrigerated section (cheese filling)
- 1 can chopped tomatoes (approx. 400 g)
- 300 g cream cheese (plain or herb)
- 1/2 jar sun-dried tomatoes in oil (6-8 pieces, sliced into strips)
- 2-3 tbsp tomato oil from the jar
- 1 tsp salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp Italian herbs (to taste)
- fresh basil as a topping
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- pepper & chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the airfryer to 180 °C.
- 2. Place chopped tomatoes, cream cheese, and 2–3 tablespoons of tomato oil into a heat-resistant silicone tray for the airfryer.
- 3. Stir the ingredients vigorously until a smooth, creamy sauce forms.
- 4. Add salt, Italian herbs, and grated Parmesan to the sauce and stir everything well.
- 5. Add the uncooked tortellini and the cut dried tomatoes to the sauce.
- 6. Mix the tortellini so that they are completely covered by the sauce.
- 7. Cook the tortellini at 180 °C for 14–16 minutes in the airfryer.
- 8. Open the airfryer every 4 minutes and stir the tortellini thoroughly.
- 9. Sprinkle the finished tortellini with some Parmesan and fresh basil.
- 10. Serve the dish immediately while still hot.
