🥗 Creamy Egg Salad with Airfryer Eggs (Homemade & Super Easy)

Ingredients
- 6 Eggs (room temperature)
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Yogurt or Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Mustard
- some fresh Chives (finely chopped)
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)
- 1 dash Lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 170 °C.
- 2. Place the eggs directly into the cooking basket without any water.
- 3. Cook the eggs for 10 to 11 minutes, depending on size and desired firmness.
- 4. Immediately shock the eggs in a bowl of ice-cold water.
- 5. Peel the cooled eggs and cut them into small cubes.
- 6. Stir mayonnaise, yogurt or crème fraîche, mustard, and lemon juice until smooth.
- 7. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Gently fold in the egg cubes and chives into the sauce.
- 9. Do not stir too vigorously so that the egg pieces remain visible.
- 10. Let the salad rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 11. This will make the salad significantly creamier and more flavorful.
