  1. 1. Grease the bottom and inside of a large coffee mug lightly with butter.
  2. 2. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
  3. 3. Finely grate the yellow zest of the lemon.
  4. 4. Squeeze the juice from half the lemon.
  5. 5. Add the butter, an egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice into the prepared mug.
  6. 6. Stir all ingredients in the mug well until a smooth batter forms.
  7. 7. Mix the flour with the baking powder in a small bowl.
  8. 8. Gently fold the flour mixture into the batter in the mug.
  9. 9. Place the mug into the basket of the air fryer.
  10. 10. Preheat the air fryer to 170 °C and bake the cake for 15 minutes.
