🍰 Quick Lemon Mug Cake (Air Fryer)

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp wheat flour
- 1/8 tsp baking powder

Instructions
- 1. Grease the bottom and inside of a large coffee mug lightly with butter.
- 2. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
- 3. Finely grate the yellow zest of the lemon.
- 4. Squeeze the juice from half the lemon.
- 5. Add the butter, an egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice into the prepared mug.
- 6. Stir all ingredients in the mug well until a smooth batter forms.
- 7. Mix the flour with the baking powder in a small bowl.
- 8. Gently fold the flour mixture into the batter in the mug.
- 9. Place the mug into the basket of the air fryer.
- 10. Preheat the air fryer to 170 °C and bake the cake for 15 minutes.
