🍰 Baking Zebra Cake in the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 150 g wheat flour
- 90 g sugar
- 100 ml oil
- 60 ml milk
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- 1. Put the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar into a large bowl.
- 2. Whisk or beat the mixture until it is light and frothy.
- 3. Pour the oil and milk into the egg mixture.
- 4. Stir the ingredients until they are well combined.
- 5. Put the flour and baking powder into a separate small bowl.
- 6. Mix the flour with the wet ingredients until no more flour lumps are visible.
- 7. Divide the finished batter evenly into two equal parts.
- 8. Stir the cocoa powder into one of the two batter parts.
- 9. Grease an 18 cm round baking pan with some oil or butter.
- 10. Lightly dust the greased pan with flour and shake off the excess.
- 11. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C.
- 12. Put a spoonful of light batter into the center of the prepared pan.
- 13. Put a spoonful of dark batter directly next to it in the pan.
- 14. Repeat the alternating filling until the batter is used up.
- 15. Place the pan into the air fryer.
- 16. Bake the cake for 35 minutes at 160 °C.
- 17. After the baking time, insert a wooden skewer into the center of the cake.
- 18. If the skewer comes out clean, the cake is done.
