🍽️ Crispy Waffles from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ tsp grated lemon zest
- 60 g butter (melted)
- 175 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200 ml milk
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with the sugar, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt until creamy.
- 2. Stir the soft butter into the egg mixture until well combined.
- 3. Add the flour and baking powder, and mix everything briefly until no large lumps remain.
- 4. Pour in the milk gradually and whisk the batter until smooth and creamy.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C.
- 6. Place the silicone waffle mold into the air fryer basket.
- 7. Fill the mold with the waffle batter.
- 8. Cook the waffles in the air fryer at 190 °C for 10 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- 9. Remove the finished waffle from the mold and repeat the process with the remaining batter.
