  1. 1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with the sugar, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt until creamy.
  2. 2. Stir the soft butter into the egg mixture until well combined.
  3. 3. Add the flour and baking powder, and mix everything briefly until no large lumps remain.
  4. 4. Pour in the milk gradually and whisk the batter until smooth and creamy.
  5. 5. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C.
  6. 6. Place the silicone waffle mold into the air fryer basket.
  7. 7. Fill the mold with the waffle batter.
  8. 8. Cook the waffles in the air fryer at 190 °C for 10 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  9. 9. Remove the finished waffle from the mold and repeat the process with the remaining batter.
