🍽️ Crispy Oat Frikadellen from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 250 g coarse oat flakes
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 100 g grated cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp chopped herbs (e.g. frozen mix)
- 1 tsp salt
- olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes.
- 2. Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the onion cubes in it.
- 3. Put the oats, the quark, the eggs and the cheese in a large bowl.
- 4. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well together.
- 5. Fold in the fried onions, the salt and the herbs into the mixture.
- 6. Let the dough swell for 30 minutes.
- 7. Form small meatballs from the dough.
- 8. Place the meatballs in the cooking basket of the air fryer.
- 9. Brush the meatballs with a little oil.
- 10. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and cook the meatballs for 10 minutes in Air Fryer mode.
