  4. 4. Dry the sweet potato sticks thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
  5. 5. Place the dry sweet potato sticks in a bowl.
  6. 6. Add the olive oil and the cornstarch.
  7. 7. Toss the sweet potatoes until they are evenly coated with oil and starch.
  8. 8. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C.
  9. 9. Place the sweet potato fries in the basket of the air fryer.
  10. 10. Cook the fries for 15 to 20 minutes at 190 °C on the Airfry setting.
  11. 11. Shake the basket in between to ensure the fries become evenly crispy.
  12. 12. Whisk all ingredients for the quick dip in a small bowl.
  13. 13. Season the finished sweet potato fries with salt after baking.
