🍽️ Crispy Sweet Potatoes from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes (weight each approx. 450 g)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- chili flakes (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the sweet potatoes under running water.
- 2. Poke the skin of the sweet potatoes several times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- 3. Coat the sweet potatoes all over with olive oil.
- 4. Place the sweet potatoes into the basket of the air fryer.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the sweet potatoes for 40 to 45 minutes on the Air Fry setting.
- 6. Test for doneness by inserting a wooden skewer into the center of the sweet potato to check if it is soft.
- 7. Extend the cooking time by a few minutes if the sweet potatoes are not yet soft enough.
- 8. Slice the warm sweet potatoes lengthwise and gently pull them apart.
- 9. Season the sweet potatoes to taste with salt.
- 10. Serve the sweet potatoes with yogurt and fresh parsley.
- 11. Add some chili to taste if you prefer it spicy.
