🍽️ Crispy Apple Cinnamon Rolls from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2 apples
- ½ lemon
- 30 g butter (liquid)
- 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
- 2. Peel the apples and remove the core.
- 3. Grate the peeled apples finely.
- 4. Mix the grated apple immediately with the lemon juice to prevent browning.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 6. Roll out the puff pastry flat on your work surface.
- 7. Brush the entire surface of the dough with soft butter.
- 8. Spread the apple-cinnamon mixture evenly over the buttered surface.
- 9. Roll the dough tightly into a log starting from the long side.
- 10. Cut the log into 14 equal pieces using a sharp knife.
- 11. Place the rolls in the air fryer basket with some space between them.
- 12. Bake the rolls at 180 °C for 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
