Ingredients
- 4 potatoes (mostly waxy, each approx. 130 g)
- 4 skewers
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the potatoes under running water.
- 2. Skewer one potato lengthwise onto a kebab stick.
- 3. Cut the potato in a spiral motion using a small knife.
- 4. Gently pull the resulting potato slices apart to create small gaps.
- 5. Mix the oil with the spices in a small bowl.
- 6. Coat the entire potato evenly with the oil and spice mixture.
- 7. Place the skewer into the basket of the air fryer.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the potatoes until crispy for 20 minutes.
