  1. 1. Remove the seeds and white pith from the bell pepper. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
  2. 2. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
  3. 3. Peel the onion and the garlic. Cut both into small cubes.
  4. 4. Place the cut vegetables into a heatproof dish that fits in your air fryer.
  5. 5. Add the spices and oil to the vegetables. Mix everything well.
  6. 6. Place the dish in the air fryer. Bake the vegetables for 18 minutes at 190 °C using the Airfry function.
  7. 7. Remove the dish. Use a spoon to make two small indentations in the vegetable mixture.
  8. 8. Crack an egg into each indentation.
  9. 9. Place the dish back in the air fryer. Bake the Shakshuka for another 7 to 8 minutes.
