🍽️ Crispy Fries from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 800 g potatoes
- 2,5 Liter water
- 3 tsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks about 1 cm thick.
- 2. Rinse the cut potato sticks under cold water to remove excess starch.
- 3. Bring 2.5 liters of water with 4 tablespoons of vinegar to a boil in a pot.
- 4. Add the potato sticks to the boiling water and blanch them (cook briefly in boiling water) for 4 minutes.
- 5. Drain the water and pat the fries completely dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- 6. Place the dry fries in a bowl and mix them thoroughly with the oil.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 8. Place the oiled fries into the basket of the air fryer.
- 9. Cook the fries for 25 to 30 minutes at 180 °C until crispy.
- 10. Shake the basket well every 10 minutes to ensure the fries cook evenly.
- 11. Season the finished fries with salt and paprika powder after baking.
