🍽️ Crispy Pork Fillet with Camembert and Bacon from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 pork fillet (500-600 g)
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp thyme (fresh)
- salt
- pepper
- 150 g bacon
- wild cranberries
- 100 g camembert
Instructions
- 1. Remove all visible fat edges and sinews from the pork fillet.
- 2. Cut the fillet lengthwise, but be careful not to cut all the way through.
- 3. Open the fillet like a book so that it forms a flat surface.
- 4. Season the meat generously on all sides with salt and freshly ground pepper.
- 5. Mix the mustard with the thyme in a small bowl.
- 6. Coat the inside of the sliced fillet evenly with the mustard-thyme mixture.
- 7. Slice the Camembert cheese into thin slices.
- 8. Place the Camembert slices flatly onto the seasoned fillet.
- 9. Distribute the lingonberries evenly over the cheese.
- 10. Lay the bacon slices side by side in an overlapping pattern on a work surface.
- 11. Wrap the stuffed pork fillet tightly in the bacon layer.
- 12. Place the wrapped fillet into the cooking basket of the air fryer.
- 13. Preheat the air fryer to 170 °C and cook the fillet for 25 to 30 minutes until it is cooked through and crispy.
