🍽️ Hawaii Turkey Schnitzel from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 2 turkey schnitzel
- 50 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp curry
- 4 slices pineapple
- 4 slices Gouda
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the turkey schnitzels in half horizontally to create thinner, flat cutlets.
- 2. Season both sides of the schnitzels generously with salt and freshly ground pepper.
- 3. Place the seasoned schnitzels flat into the basket of the air fryer.
- 4. Mix the cream cheese portion in a small bowl with the curry powder until you have a smooth paste.
- 5. Spread the curry-cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of each schnitzel.
- 6. Take the pineapple slices out of the can and pat them dry with a kitchen towel so they do not become soggy.
- 7. Place one pineapple slice on top of each coated schnitzel.
- 8. Place one slice of cheese on top of each pineapple slice.
- 9. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and insert the basket.
- 10. Cook the schnitzels for 12 minutes at 200 °C until the cheese is melted and the surface is golden brown.
