  1. 1. Cut the turkey schnitzels in half horizontally to create thinner, flat cutlets.
  2. 2. Season both sides of the schnitzels generously with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  3. 3. Place the seasoned schnitzels flat into the basket of the air fryer.
  4. 4. Mix the cream cheese portion in a small bowl with the curry powder until you have a smooth paste.
  5. 5. Spread the curry-cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of each schnitzel.
  6. 6. Take the pineapple slices out of the can and pat them dry with a kitchen towel so they do not become soggy.
  7. 7. Place one pineapple slice on top of each coated schnitzel.
  8. 8. Place one slice of cheese on top of each pineapple slice.
  9. 9. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and insert the basket.
  10. 10. Cook the schnitzels for 12 minutes at 200 °C until the cheese is melted and the surface is golden brown.
