Ingredients
- 650 g small potatoes (e.g. triad potatoes)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp rosemary
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- 1. Put the oil, the salt, and the rosemary into a bowl.
- 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
- 3. Cut the potatoes in half.
- 4. Add the potato halves to the bowl with the oil-rosemary mixture.
- 5. Mix everything well so that the potatoes are evenly coated with the oil and spices.
- 6. Place the marinated potatoes into the air fryer basket.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and bake the potatoes until crispy for 20 minutes.
- 8. Shake the basket briefly after 10 minutes to ensure the potatoes cook evenly.
