🍽️ Crispy Brussels Sprouts from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 500 g Brussels sprouts (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- Nutmeg
- Parmesan
Instructions
- 1. Bring a pot of water and salt to a boil.
- 2. Add the Brussels sprouts to the boiling water and cook them for 5 minutes.
- 3. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the water and let them cool down briefly.
- 4. Cut the sprouts in half lengthwise.
- 5. Place the halved sprouts into a bowl.
- 6. Add some olive oil and salt.
- 7. Mix everything well so that the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 170 °C.
- 9. Place the Brussels sprouts into the air fryer basket.
- 10. Cook the Brussels sprouts for 20 minutes at 170 °C.
- 11. Shake the basket once after 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- 12. Grate some fresh nutmeg over the finished Brussels sprouts.
- 13. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- 14. Serve the Brussels sprouts immediately after topping.
