  2. 2. Add the Brussels sprouts to the boiling water and cook them for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the water and let them cool down briefly.
  4. 4. Cut the sprouts in half lengthwise.
  5. 5. Place the halved sprouts into a bowl.
  6. 6. Add some olive oil and salt.
  7. 7. Mix everything well so that the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
  8. 8. Preheat the air fryer to 170 °C.
  9. 9. Place the Brussels sprouts into the air fryer basket.
  10. 10. Cook the Brussels sprouts for 20 minutes at 170 °C.
  11. 11. Shake the basket once after 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  12. 12. Grate some fresh nutmeg over the finished Brussels sprouts.
  13. 13. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  14. 14. Serve the Brussels sprouts immediately after topping.
