Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 4 raclette cheese slices
- 2 gherkins
- 5 pearl onions
- 1 tomato
- ½ red onion
Instructions
- 1. Take four slices of bread and place two slices of raclette cheese on each.
- 2. Place the topped bread slices into the air fryer basket.
- 3. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and bake the bread for 6 minutes until crispy.
- 4. Cut the gherkins and the pearl onions in half.
- 5. Slice the tomato and the red onion into thin rounds.
- 6. Cut the finished raclette breads in half.
- 7. Distribute the prepared gherkins, onions, tomatoes, and red onions as toppings on the bread halves.
