🍽️ Fluffy Quark Rolls from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 150 g spelt flour
- 100 g quark
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 50 ml milk
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Place the quark, milk, and oil in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- 2. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- 3. Add the flour mixture to the quark mixture and knead everything into a smooth dough.
- 4. Wet your hands slightly with water so the dough does not stick.
- 5. Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape them into four small rolls.
- 6. Lightly brush the bottom of each roll with a little oil.
- 7. Place the rolls in the air fryer basket with the oiled side facing down.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C and bake the rolls for 18 minutes until crispy.
