🍽️ Crispy Quark and Blueberry Bake from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 50 g butter (soft)
- 250 g quark
- 40 g fine semolina
- 100 g blueberries
Instructions
- 1. Carefully separate the eggs. Place the egg yolks in one bowl and the egg whites in another.
- 2. Beat the egg whites with a mixer or whisk until they are stiff and hold their shape.
- 3. Add the egg yolks, butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar to the bowl with the egg yolks.
- 4. Mix these ingredients with the mixer until the mixture is fluffy and light.
- 5. Stir the quark (curd cheese) and semolina into the fluffy egg yolk mixture.
- 6. Gently fold the stiffly beaten egg whites into the batter using a spoon to keep the air bubbles intact.
- 7. Wash the blueberries and pat them dry thoroughly.
- 8. Gently mix the blueberries into the quark batter.
- 9. Grease a small, ovenproof baking dish with a little butter or oil.
- 10. Pour the quark batter into the prepared dish.
- 11. Preheat the air fryer to 150 °C.
- 12. Place the baking dish into the air fryer basket.
- 13. Bake the casserole for 25 minutes on the Airfry setting until it is golden brown and firm.
