🍽️ Crispy Parmesan Potato Fries from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 650 g potatoes (small <i>trio</i> are ideal)
- 50 g Parmesan (grated)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the potatoes under running water.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into thick sticks or wedges.
- 3. Rinse the cut potatoes again with cold water to remove excess starch.
- 4. Pat the potatoes completely dry with a kitchen towel or paper towels.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 170 °C.
- 6. Place the dry potato sticks into a large bowl.
- 7. Add the olive oil, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- 8. Toss everything well until all potatoes are evenly coated with the mixture.
- 9. Place the seasoned potatoes into the air fryer basket.
- 10. Cook the potatoes for 10 minutes at 170 °C.
- 11. Shake the basket vigorously or stir the potatoes with tongs to ensure even cooking.
- 12. Increase the temperature to 180 °C and cook the potatoes for a further 15 minutes until crispy.
