🍽️ Crispy Breaded Mushrooms from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp salt
- 60 g breadcrumbs
- olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly with a cloth or brush.
- 2. Whisk the egg in a shallow bowl with a pinch of salt until loose.
- 3. Dip each mushroom first into the egg mixture.
- 4. Then roll the wet mushroom completely in the breadcrumbs.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer for 4 minutes at 180 °C.
- 6. Place the breaded mushrooms side by side in the cooking basket.
- 7. Lightly spray the mushrooms with cooking spray or dab them with some oil.
- 8. Cook the mushrooms for 15 minutes at 180 °C until golden brown and crispy.
