  2. 2. Whisk the egg in a shallow bowl with a pinch of salt until loose.
  3. 3. Dip each mushroom first into the egg mixture.
  4. 4. Then roll the wet mushroom completely in the breadcrumbs.
  5. 5. Preheat the air fryer for 4 minutes at 180 °C.
  6. 6. Place the breaded mushrooms side by side in the cooking basket.
  7. 7. Lightly spray the mushrooms with cooking spray or dab them with some oil.
  8. 8. Cook the mushrooms for 15 minutes at 180 °C until golden brown and crispy.
