Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 50 ml milk
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chives
Instructions
- 1. Crack the eggs into a small bowl.
- 2. Add the milk, salt, and chives.
- 3. Whisk the ingredients with a fork until well combined.
- 4. Place a piece of baking paper into the air fryer basket.
- 5. Fold the edges of the paper upwards so the mixture does not spill out.
- 6. Pour the egg mixture carefully into the paper mold.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the omelette for 13 to 15 minutes.
