  1. 1. Open the can of Sunday rolls.
  2. 2. Cut each roll in half lengthwise.
  3. 3. Place a piece of mini mozzarella in the center of each roll half.
  4. 4. Roll the dough around the cheese.
  5. 5. Press the ends of the dough firmly together so the cheese does not leak out during baking.
  6. 6. Place the finished rolls in the basket of your air fryer.
  7. 7. Mix the olive oil with chopped parsley and a pinch of salt.
  8. 8. Press the garlic into the oil-parsley mixture and stir everything well.
  9. 9. Brush the mozzarella rolls generously with the garlic-oil mixture.
  10. 10. Preheat the air fryer to 170 °C and bake the rolls for 10 minutes on the Airfry setting until crispy.
