🍽️ Crispy Mozzarella Rolls from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 400 g Sunday rolls from the can
- 125 g mini mozzarella
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Open the can of Sunday rolls.
- 2. Cut each roll in half lengthwise.
- 3. Place a piece of mini mozzarella in the center of each roll half.
- 4. Roll the dough around the cheese.
- 5. Press the ends of the dough firmly together so the cheese does not leak out during baking.
- 6. Place the finished rolls in the basket of your air fryer.
- 7. Mix the olive oil with chopped parsley and a pinch of salt.
- 8. Press the garlic into the oil-parsley mixture and stir everything well.
- 9. Brush the mozzarella rolls generously with the garlic-oil mixture.
- 10. Preheat the air fryer to 170 °C and bake the rolls for 10 minutes on the Airfry setting until crispy.
