Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 2. Roll out the puff pastry on a clean work surface until flat.
- 3. Position the dough so that the longer side is facing you.
- 4. Cut the dough into 8 equal, narrow strips.
- 5. Cut each strip diagonally once to create two triangles.
- 6. Roll each triangle tightly from the wide base to the pointed tip.
- 7. Whisk one egg in a small bowl using a fork.
- 8. Gently brush the rolled croissants with the beaten egg.
- 9. Sprinkle the croissants evenly with sesame seeds.
- 10. Place a piece of baking paper into the air fryer basket.
- 11. Arrange the mini croissants on the baking paper with some space between them.
- 12. Cook the croissants for 20 minutes at 180 °C in the air fryer.
