  6. 6. Roll each triangle tightly from the wide base to the pointed tip.
  7. 7. Whisk one egg in a small bowl using a fork.
  8. 8. Gently brush the rolled croissants with the beaten egg.
  9. 9. Sprinkle the croissants evenly with sesame seeds.
  10. 10. Place a piece of baking paper into the air fryer basket.
  11. 11. Arrange the mini croissants on the baking paper with some space between them.
  12. 12. Cook the croissants for 20 minutes at 180 °C in the air fryer.
