🍝 Lasagna from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 400 g ground beef
- 400 ml strained tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 300 ml vegetable broth
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 pinch pepper
- 6 lasagna sheets
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 100 g grated cheese (e.g. Gouda)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and the garlic clove.
- 2. Cut the onion and garlic into small pieces.
- 3. Heat some olive oil in a pan.
- 4. Fry the onions and garlic in the oil.
- 5. Add the minced meat to the pan.
- 6. Fry the meat all over.
- 7. Pour the vegetable broth into the pan.
- 8. Add the pureed tomatoes.
- 9. Cook the sauce for 5 minutes.
- 10. Season the sauce with salt.
- 11. Season the sauce with pepper.
- 12. Season the sauce with oregano.
- 13. Line the air fryer with baking paper.
- 14. Layer the lasagna in the air fryer.
- 15. Start the layering with the sauce.
- 16. End the layering with the sauce.
- 17. Spread the crème fraîche over the lasagna.
- 18. Sprinkle the cheese over the lasagna.
- 19. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 20. Cook the lasagna for 25 minutes on the Airfry setting.
