🍽️ Crispy Langos from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 350 g wheat flour
- 10 g fresh yeast
- 125 ml water
- 50 ml milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- sunflower oil
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- salt and pepper
- spring onion
- cherry tomato
- smoked diced ham
- grated cheese
Instructions
- 1. Put milk, water, sugar, salt, and yeast into a small pot and warm the mixture to a maximum of 37 degrees Celsius (lukewarm).
- 2. Put the flour into a large mixing bowl and pour the lukewarm yeast milk over it.
- 3. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough that no longer sticks to your fingers.
- 4. If the dough is still too sticky, add a little more flour gradually.
- 5. Place the dough in a bowl, cover it with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for at least 1 hour until it has doubled in size.
- 6. Divide the risen dough into 6 equal parts.
- 7. Shape each part into a small, flat disc.
- 8. Brush both sides of the dough discs generously with sunflower oil.
- 9. Place one dough disc into the basket of the air fryer.
- 10. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and bake the lango for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- 11. Remove the finished lango and repeat the process with the remaining dough discs.
- 12. Put quark and crème fraîche into a small bowl.
- 13. Add finely chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to the quark mixture.
- 14. Press the garlic directly into the bowl.
- 15. Mix all ingredients for the garlic cream well together.
- 16. Brush the hot langos generously with the garlic cream.
- 17. Top the langos according to your taste and serve immediately.
