  1. 1. Put milk, water, sugar, salt, and yeast into a small pot and warm the mixture to a maximum of 37 degrees Celsius (lukewarm).
  2. 2. Put the flour into a large mixing bowl and pour the lukewarm yeast milk over it.
  3. 3. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough that no longer sticks to your fingers.
  4. 4. If the dough is still too sticky, add a little more flour gradually.
  5. 5. Place the dough in a bowl, cover it with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for at least 1 hour until it has doubled in size.
  6. 6. Divide the risen dough into 6 equal parts.
  7. 7. Shape each part into a small, flat disc.
  8. 8. Brush both sides of the dough discs generously with sunflower oil.
  9. 9. Place one dough disc into the basket of the air fryer.
  10. 10. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and bake the lango for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  11. 11. Remove the finished lango and repeat the process with the remaining dough discs.
  12. 12. Put quark and crème fraîche into a small bowl.
  13. 13. Add finely chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to the quark mixture.
  14. 14. Press the garlic directly into the bowl.
  15. 15. Mix all ingredients for the garlic cream well together.
  16. 16. Brush the hot langos generously with the garlic cream.
  17. 17. Top the langos according to your taste and serve immediately.
