🍽️ Crispy Salmon from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillet
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp dill (chopped)
- ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Pat the salmon fillets dry on the outside with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Press the garlic clove into a small bowl.
- 3. Add all the remaining ingredients for the marinade to the same bowl.
- 4. Stir the marinade ingredients vigorously until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- 5. Coat the salmon fillets thoroughly with the marinade.
- 6. Let the fish marinate for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.
- 7. Place the marinated salmon fillets in the basket of the air fryer.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C and cook the salmon until crispy for 18 minutes.
