  2. 2. Press the garlic clove into a small bowl.
  3. 3. Add all the remaining ingredients for the marinade to the same bowl.
  4. 4. Stir the marinade ingredients vigorously until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
  5. 5. Coat the salmon fillets thoroughly with the marinade.
  6. 6. Let the fish marinate for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.
  7. 7. Place the marinated salmon fillets in the basket of the air fryer.
  8. 8. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C and cook the salmon until crispy for 18 minutes.
