  1. 1. Rinse the pumpkin thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the inside with the seeds.
  3. 3. Cut the pumpkin flesh into narrow, even strips.
  4. 4. Mix the olive oil with salt, pepper, and paprika powder in a small bowl.
  5. 5. Coat the pumpkin strips on both sides with the spice mixture.
  6. 6. Place the pumpkin strips in batches into the basket of the air fryer.
  7. 7. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the pumpkin for 13 minutes until crispy.
  8. 8. Peel the onion and garlic while the pumpkin is cooking.
  9. 9. Dice the onion and garlic into very small cubes.
  10. 10. Crumble the feta cheese into a separate bowl.
  11. 11. Add the remaining ingredients for the dip to the feta and mix everything well.
  12. 12. Finally, season the dip to taste with salt and pepper.
