🍽️ Crispy Pumpkin with Feta from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 kg Hokkaido pumpkin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g feta
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the pumpkin thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the seeds and the inner flesh.
- 3. Cut the pumpkin flesh into even cubes.
- 4. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 5. Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
- 6. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
- 7. Place all prepared ingredients into a large bowl.
- 8. Mix everything well so that it is evenly coated.
- 9. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 10. Place the pumpkin and feta mixture into the cooking basket.
- 11. Cook the mixture for 20 to 22 minutes at 180 °C on the Air Fry setting.
