Ingredients
- 350 g dumpling dough
- 100 g Creme Fraiche
- 40 g smoked ham cubes
- 2 tsp chives
- 40 g grated cheese
Instructions
- 1. Divide the dumpling dough into four equal pieces.
- 2. Flatten each piece into a small, flat disc.
- 3. Spread the Creme Fraîche over the surface of the dough discs.
- 4. Distribute the ham cubes evenly over the dough discs.
- 5. Sprinkle the finely chopped chives over the topped discs.
- 6. Generously sprinkle the grated cheese over everything.
- 7. Place a piece of baking paper into the air fryer basket.
- 8. Arrange the topped dumpling discs on the baking paper.
- 9. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and switch to the Airfry setting.
- 10. Cook the discs for 10 minutes until crispy.
- 11. Serve the warm dumpling discs with a fresh salad.
- 12. Be sure to eat the discs with a knife and fork, as they remain soft.
