  1. 1. Beat the eggs, sugar, and yogurt until creamy using a mixer or whisk.
  2. 2. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and finely grate the zest.
  3. 3. Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and oil to the egg-yogurt mixture.
  4. 4. Mix the flour and baking powder together in a separate bowl.
  5. 5. Gently fold the flour mixture into the wet ingredients until a smooth batter forms.
  6. 6. Grease a 20 cm (8 inch) loaf pan with some fat and lightly dust it with flour.
  7. 7. Pour the finished batter into the prepared pan.
  8. 8. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C and bake the cake in it for 35 minutes until crispy.
  9. 9. Alternatively: Preheat the conventional oven to 180 °C (top and bottom heat) and bake the cake for 40 minutes.
