Ingredients
- 265 g chickpeas (drained weight)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- paprika powder
- curry
- garlic powder
- chili
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chickpeas thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Dry the chickpeas with kitchen paper or a clean cloth.
- 3. Remove any loose skins that come off during drying.
- 4. Place the chickpeas in a bowl.
- 5. Add olive oil, salt, and your favorite spices.
- 6. Toss the chickpeas until they are evenly coated with seasoning.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C.
- 8. Place the chickpeas in the air fryer basket.
- 9. Cook the chickpeas for 15 minutes at 190 °C.
- 10. Shake the basket after 7.5 minutes to ensure even heat distribution.
- 11. Remove the chickpeas when they are crispy.
