🍽️ Crispy Potato Gratin from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 300 g potatoes (starchy, peeled)
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml cream
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 75 g grated cheese (e.g. Gouda)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and slice them into very thin rounds (about 2 millimeters thick).
- 2. Whisk the milk, cream, and spices together in a bowl.
- 3. Gently fold the potato slices into the milk mixture until all slices are well coated.
- 4. Pour the potato mixture into a small baking dish (approx. 12.5 x 18 cm).
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and place the baking dish inside.
- 6. Cook the gratin for 20 minutes at 180 °C on the Airfry setting.
- 7. Spread the cheese evenly over the gratin.
- 8. Bake for another 10 minutes at 180 °C until the cheese is golden brown and crispy.
