  3. 3. Gently fold the potato slices into the milk mixture until all slices are well coated.
  4. 4. Pour the potato mixture into a small baking dish (approx. 12.5 x 18 cm).
  5. 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and place the baking dish inside.
  6. 6. Cook the gratin for 20 minutes at 180 °C on the Airfry setting.
  7. 7. Spread the cheese evenly over the gratin.
  8. 8. Bake for another 10 minutes at 180 °C until the cheese is golden brown and crispy.
