Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes (drilling potatoes are ideal)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp chopped herbs (e.g., parsley, chives, or dill)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Dry the potatoes completely with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the potatoes into uniform wedges or chunks.
- 4. Place the potato wedges into a large bowl.
- 5. Add the oil and salt to the potatoes.
- 6. Toss everything well until all wedges are evenly coated.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 8. Arrange the potato wedges evenly in the cooking basket.
- 9. Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes at 180 °C.
- 10. Shake the basket vigorously to turn the wedges.
- 11. Cook the potatoes for another 15 to 20 minutes at 180 °C until golden brown and crispy.
