Ingredients
- 2 potatoes (medium-sized)
- olive oil

Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes completely. Alternatively, you can wash them thoroughly and keep the skin on.
- 2. Slice the potatoes into paper-thin rounds. Use a mandoline, vegetable peeler, or slicer for best results.
- 3. Place the slices in a bowl of cold water for 20 minutes.
- 4. Remove the potatoes from the water and pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel or paper napkin.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 185 °C.
- 6. Arrange the dry potato slices in a single layer side by side in the cooking basket.
- 7. Lightly spray the slices with oil or brush a small amount of oil onto them.
- 8. Cook the chips in the air fryer for 10 to 12 minutes.
- 9. Shake the basket gently after 8 minutes to ensure even browning.
- 10. Remove the finished chips and season them immediately with salt and a little paprika powder.
