  1. 1. Peel the cooled boiled potatoes.
  2. 2. Press the potatoes through a potato ricer into a large bowl.
  3. 3. Add the egg, pepper, salt, parsley, and flour to the potato mixture.
  4. 4. Knead the ingredients into a moldable dough.
  5. 5. Shape the dough into 32 small balls.
  6. 6. Place half of the balls in the basket of the air fryer.
  7. 7. Lightly spray the balls with olive oil.
  8. 8. Preheat the air fryer to 185 °C and cook the balls for 10 minutes.
  9. 9. Shake the basket once to ensure the balls brown evenly.
  10. 10. Cook the balls for another 10 minutes at 185 °C until golden brown and crispy.
  11. 11. Repeat steps 6 to 10 with the second half of the balls.
  12. 12. Serve the hot potato balls with sour cream dip or yogurt sauce.
