🍽️ Crispy Potato Balls from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 500 g boiled potatoes (cold)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 80 g wheat flour
- ½ salt
- pepper
- oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the cooled boiled potatoes.
- 2. Press the potatoes through a potato ricer into a large bowl.
- 3. Add the egg, pepper, salt, parsley, and flour to the potato mixture.
- 4. Knead the ingredients into a moldable dough.
- 5. Shape the dough into 32 small balls.
- 6. Place half of the balls in the basket of the air fryer.
- 7. Lightly spray the balls with olive oil.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 185 °C and cook the balls for 10 minutes.
- 9. Shake the basket once to ensure the balls brown evenly.
- 10. Cook the balls for another 10 minutes at 185 °C until golden brown and crispy.
- 11. Repeat steps 6 to 10 with the second half of the balls.
- 12. Serve the hot potato balls with sour cream dip or yogurt sauce.
