🍽️ Crispy Kaiserschmarrn from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 150 ml milk
- 100 g wheat flour
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 50 g sugar
- 50 g butter
- 3 tbsp raisins
- powdered sugar
- chopped almonds
Instructions
- 1. Carefully separate the eggs. Put the egg yolks in one bowl and the egg whites in another.
- 2. Beat the egg whites with the sugar using a mixer or whisk until they are firm and stiff.
- 3. Whisk the egg yolks in the other bowl with the milk, melted butter, flour, and vanilla sugar until you have a smooth batter.
- 4. Gently fold the raisins into the egg yolk batter.
- 5. Gently fold the stiffly beaten egg whites into the batter until evenly distributed.
- 6. Grease a small ovenproof baking dish or pan with a little butter.
- 7. Pour the batter into the prepared dish.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and place the dish inside. Bake the Schmarrn for 18 minutes.
- 9. Remove the dish from the air fryer. Shred the baked dough into small, irregular pieces using two forks.
- 10. Sprinkle powdered sugar or chopped almonds over the shredded pieces.
- 11. Place the dish back into the air fryer. Bake the Schmarrn for another 3 minutes at 170 °C until slightly crispy.
