🍝 Crispy Cheese Spätzle from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 500 g Spätzle (from the refrigerated section)
- 50 g diced ham
- 2 scallions
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 tsp chopped herbs (e.g. frozen garden herbs)
- pepper
- 150 g grated cheese
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
- 2. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 3. Mix the onion rings in a bowl with the sour cream.
- 4. Add the chopped herbs to the sour cream mixture.
- 5. Season the mixture with some pepper.
- 6. Fold in the ham cubes.
- 7. Gently mix the spätzle with the sauce.
- 8. Place the spätzle mixture into a heat-resistant silicone mold for the air fryer.
- 9. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the spätzle.
- 10. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and switch it to the Airfry setting.
- 11. Cook the cheese spätzle for 13 minutes until crispy.
