🍰 Fluffy Cheesecake Muffins with Mandarin from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 300 g curd cheese
- 30 g butter (melted)
- 40 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 25 g vanilla pudding powder
- 12 pieces mandarins (from the can)
Instructions
- 1. Put the quark, butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, and vanilla pudding powder into a bowl.
- 2. Stir all ingredients with a spoon or whisk until you have a smooth and creamy mixture.
- 3. Divide the quark mixture evenly among 6 silicone muffin molds.
- 4. Press one mandarin piece into the center of each muffin mold.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 150 °C.
- 6. Place the filled silicone molds into the basket of the air fryer.
- 7. Bake the muffins for 20 minutes at 150 °C until they are firm and golden brown.
