  1. 1. Put the quark, butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, and vanilla pudding powder into a bowl.
  2. 2. Stir all ingredients with a spoon or whisk until you have a smooth and creamy mixture.
  3. 3. Divide the quark mixture evenly among 6 silicone muffin molds.
  4. 4. Press one mandarin piece into the center of each muffin mold.
  5. 5. Preheat the air fryer to 150 °C.
  6. 6. Place the filled silicone molds into the basket of the air fryer.
  7. 7. Bake the muffins for 20 minutes at 150 °C until they are firm and golden brown.
