Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat (mixed)
- 2 eggs
- 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 100 g grated cheese
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion.
- 2. Cut the onion into very small cubes.
- 3. Place the minced meat in a large bowl.
- 4. Add the eggs to the bowl.
- 5. Add the breadcrumbs to the bowl.
- 6. Add the onion cubes to the bowl.
- 7. Add the grated cheese to the bowl.
- 8. Season the mixture with salt.
- 9. Knead all ingredients into a smooth meat dough.
- 10. Shape four large meatballs or several smaller balls.
- 11. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 12. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket.
- 13. Cook the meatballs for 15 minutes in the air fryer.
