  3. 3. Whisk the olive oil with the honey, mustard, crushed garlic, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  4. 4. Add the potato cubes to the marinade and mix until they are evenly coated.
  5. 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  6. 6. Place the marinated potatoes into the air fryer basket.
  7. 7. Roast the potatoes for 20 minutes at 180 °C until crispy.
  8. 8. Shake the basket once during cooking to ensure even browning.
  9. 9. Wash the corn salad and tomatoes under cold water.
  10. 10. Halve the tomatoes and cut the feta into small cubes.
  11. 11. Whisk the olive oil with mustard, balsamic vinegar, honey, and salt to make the dressing.
  12. 12. Add the corn salad, roasted potatoes, tomatoes, and feta to a large bowl.
