🍽️ Crispy Halloumi from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 225 g Halloumi cheese
- 50 g Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Mix the sesame seeds with the panko breadcrumbs in a shallow dish.
- 2. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and whisk them well until smooth.
- 3. Cut the halloumi cheese into even cubes.
- 4. Coat the halloumi cubes in sequence: first in the panko-sesame mix, then in the beaten eggs, and finally back in the panko-sesame mixture.
- 5. Place the breaded halloumi cubes in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray them with olive oil. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C and bake the cubes for 14 minutes until crispy.
